Specialities: Trauma, Perfectionism and Self-esteem support | Relationships and Anxiety Therapist San Diego

We’re not meant to navigate life’s complexities alone—our connections play a crucial role in this journey. As a therapist, and a strong believer in the power of therapy, I feel my role is to help you explore your life’s meaning, and construct and rework your story into one in which you are
proud and happy to live and evolve. I believe it is never too late (or too early) to explore the space where you are now and create the one in which you want to be.

Through my clinical training and personal experiences, I am aware of the impact and healing that occurs when we become curious about patterns in our lives, confront harsh beliefs about ourselves, and form safety within our bodies and relationships with others. I hold tremendous confidence and hope in your abilities toward growth and a fulfilling life.

Using EMDR (trauma therapy), IFS (looking at all parts of you), EFT (allowing emotions to guide), and somatic work (using our body sensations), we’ll uncover the underlying causes of your struggles and work toward meaningful change. Come as you are and we will collaboratively and gently address where you feel stuck and areas of discomfort. I am particularly passionate about working through challenges pertaining to:

  • Stress + Anxiety
  • Trauma + Abuse
  • Perfectionism + Self-esteem
  • Relationship issues
  • Life transition

If you are looking to adjust how you navigate exhaustion from striving, cyclical anxiety, lack of self-trust, and/or open relational wounds, I am here and would be honored to support you.
