Claire Manley, AMFT
Specializes in counseling for teens, families, anxiety, and depression and a trusted teen therapist San Diego.
Hello and welcome. My name is Claire Manley, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Pacific Integrative Therapy. I believe that every individual deserves a space where they can feel truly seen, supported, and understood. My work as a therapist is centered on building that safe, compassionate environment so you can begin—or continue—your journey toward healing and growth.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and families, supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meaning we move at your pace, with your goals guiding the direction of therapy. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and relational approaches that emphasize trust, empathy, and genuine connection.
I am particularly passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate the complexities of identity, relationships, and the pressures of school or career development. For families, I focus on strengthening communication, fostering mutual understanding, and supporting healthier patterns of interaction. Whether we’re working one-on-one or in a family setting, my goal is to create a safe space where every voice is valued and respected.
In addition to my clinical training, my personal and professional experiences have shaped me into a therapist who values diversity, cultural humility, and inclusivity. I welcome clients from all walks of life and honor the unique identities and stories that each person brings into the therapeutic process.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and deeply caring. I see therapy as a partnership where your insights and strengths matter as much as the tools and techniques I bring into the room. Together, we will explore challenges, identify resources, and create pathways toward resilience and well-being.
I am grateful for the opportunity to accompany you on this journey and would be honored to support you or your family in building a more connected, balanced, and fulfilling life.
