Anxiety Therapist San Diego: Supporting Your Mental Health Journey

I am an empathetic, EMDR-trained licensed professional clinical counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist with a deep passion for providing exceptional client care. My dedication lies in empowering individuals to help themselves, enhancing the quality of their lives and relationships.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including professional and college athletes, business professionals, veterans, social justice advocates, and stay-at-home parents. In our work together, we will delve into the root causes of your struggles and explore healthier ways to cope, whether you’re facing challenging life transitions, anxiety, depression, or PTSD. My approach is grounded in cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care, recognizing the unique impact of your experiences on your mental well-being.

We will build upon the inherent strengths you possess as we collaborate on your journey toward emotional healing and wellness. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, so I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. My approach is client-centered, rooted in compassion, trust, and understanding.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Cal State San Marcos and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I also serve on the San Diego North County CAMFT Board of Directors, a role I’ve held since 2021.
