My name is Connor Seidler and I’m a family therapist with years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. Originally from upstate New York, I earned my BA in Psychology from San Diego State University before pursuing a Masters in Couples and Family Therapy at the University of Oregon.
After completing my degree, I spent several years providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and those in crisis in rural Oregon. I recently moved back to San Diego with my partner and have been working as a family therapist at a residential treatment facility for adults with co-occurring disorders.
In my practice, I specialize in romantic relational therapy, adventure therapy, and working with families using a systems theory approach. When I’m not in the office, you can find me surfing or skateboarding, spending time with my partner and dog Burt, or exploring the great outdoors.
