As an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained clinical counselor, I understand that managing negative beliefs surrounding adverse life events can feel impossible. Healing wounds from the past, strengthening our awareness with our triggers, and changing patterns can go a long way toward bringing fulfillment into our lives.
In our work together, you will experience how a positive connection and safe environment can aid in healing. I work with adults from a variety of identities, cultures, and backgrounds in a warm and accepting therapeutic relationship to help you feel comfortable, safe, and productive. By working together as a team, we can find a way to develop your personal goals.
I received by Bachelor’s of science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego. I specialize in working with trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I have worked in addiction treatment centers, which has helped me further understand the impact of adverse life experiences in individuals who are struggling with addiction.
